  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship programme with Unilever as i have the support and backing which i need however i am also treated exactly as anyone else in the team who aren't apprentices. It is a pleasure to come into our office which have been awarded 3 star agile certification and work in a happy and fulfilled environment alongside other happy colleagues.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Unilever?
  • I feel extremely valued by Unilever. The apprentices in Unilever are a heritage which Unilever has kept for over 100 years starting back in Port Sunlight with the original engineering and manufacturing apprentices then moving on to the 'young worker' which was an office apprentice to train and teach young school leavers in the ways of how offices and production works. i have been part of multiple promotional campaigns in order to get the word out when the business advertises apprenticeships, it gives me great pride to promote these to the future potential apprentices.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe that my Specific IT and Project Management apprenticeship is structured well. this could however be improved as i am in the first cohort of it and project apprentices in Unilever. i think the programme has found its feet well but could be somewhat improved in for the next iteration of apprentices.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer, Unilever take the time to see how i am doing and look on reflective learning and how i am doing in the team on a weekly basis. i believe this gives me enough time to speak any issues or concerns i may have for that week.
