  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Since starting with Asquith Nurseries I have done a variety of job roles, developing myself from a Nursery Nurse to an Assistant Managers role. On a daily basis I now am responsible for the daily running of the nursery, the care of all the children that attend the setting. Overseeing and supporting all of the staff team. Ensuring we are providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children through developmental resources and activities.
