My role involved working as an audit associate essentially helping out my respective colleagues. I was assigned worked on a daily basis which would usually keep me busy for a day or 2.
Yes, I have become affluent in the various audit systems and softwares used by PwC. Also, I have developed my communication skills quite a bit and have noticed a significant increase in excel skills since I started.
I really enjoyed my programme due to the variety of clients I worked with as well as the people I worked with who I found very warm and welcoming at all times. In terms of daily tasks, some things were tedious but thats the nature of audit.
Very well organised. I had various people I could go to help including 2 buddies, a talent coach and a connected development buddy.
I received a lot of support employer in the forms of advice, coaching, reminders and more,
I received a lot of support as my teams are very understanding and get days off for studying.
