For my apprenticeship I rotate departments every three months in order to learn various different roles which varies from office based work to maintenance or workshop work. This gives me a broad spectrum on various different skills I can learn within the workplace.

I have learnt new skills such as project management and fault finding while also improving existing skills such as tool handling and communication skills.
