Carvery Chef - Cooking and producing the food ready to go out to the carvery deck, ensuring good quality. Keeping the deck topped up and ready for customers
Better communication & team work skills. New techniques and methods that I still use in day to day life outside the course. - How certain things are cooked, knife cutting techniques etc.
I enjoy the course I am doing, there's enough support from people to allow me to understand more about what i'm doing. The tutors at the masterclass are understanding, supportive and easy going teachers. Making sure to help you understand certain things if you didn't get it right the first time.
Lots of support from my employer and colleagues, as well. Fitting space around my rota to do the course. Helping me understand and training me up on new things.
Plenty of support and guidance from the provider. Ensuring I know my stuff and if not, helping me, with virtual classrooms, talking me through things.
Few charitable events like Macmillian Walk Haven't really looked into the extra curricular side of things
