  • 8/10 (proper commitment and I struggle to fit it I , but I enjoy the learnings and the one on ones.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well structured - the classrooms are easy bitesize chunks; easy to learn, accessible. Learning coach learnings and coaching are incredibly informative and they are excellent opportunity to understand what I’ve misunderstood, they are a good coaching opportunity to put into action and practice what I’ve learned

  • I get 100% support with getting time off and fitting around my work schedule.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Lots of support. Any issues quickly resolved, one to ones and teams chats and progress updates and reports.excellent informative and knowledgable feedback.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think it’s a good learning opportunity, it’s just putting into prospective and processes what I’ve been doing anyway. But also good legislative work that I wasn’t aware of that’s excellent for my workplace

  • Not that I’m aware off, outside of team social events

  • Yes I role recommend prove to do an apprenticeship with the company as it provides guidance and knowledge to work effectively in the work place.

  • Have a second job, Prepare for cut in shifts at short notice
