8/10 (proper commitment and I struggle to fit it I , but I enjoy the learnings and the one on ones.
Very well structured - the classrooms are easy bitesize chunks; easy to learn, accessible. Learning coach learnings and coaching are incredibly informative and they are excellent opportunity to understand what I’ve misunderstood, they are a good coaching opportunity to put into action and practice what I’ve learned
I get 100% support with getting time off and fitting around my work schedule.
Lots of support. Any issues quickly resolved, one to ones and teams chats and progress updates and reports.excellent informative and knowledgable feedback.
I think it’s a good learning opportunity, it’s just putting into prospective and processes what I’ve been doing anyway. But also good legislative work that I wasn’t aware of that’s excellent for my workplace
Not that I’m aware off, outside of team social events
