I help with payroll, cash office, coach my colleagues and teach them on how to complete tasks in line with organisational objectives. My role is customer advisor so as well as my other tasks I also help customers with any assistance or questions they may have.
I have learnt how to do cash office independently, fills out reports, and how to coach others.
I really enjoy learning about organisation objectives, how to lead a team, and project management - as this is something I am passionate about.
My programme is organised so that I complete multiple assignments every week depending on how many hours my manager gives me that week.
I receive a lot of support from my direct line manager
My tutor is very helpful with any questions I have and supporting me through my course
It helps me understand how to coach my colleagues, and to understand how to lead a team, as well as understanding organisational fundamentals such as organising a project and making sure it runs smoothly.
