Complete the units set out by BAE systems to a good standard, develop and learn new skills.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?


I have learnt many new skills incudling: machining, electronics, CAD, hand fitting, aircaft systems, looming, teamwork and turning.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?


I have very much enjoyed the progame so far, i have developed many new skills and enjoying continuing to learn more.

4. How valued do you feel by BAE Systems?


yes, very.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?


it initally was very organised but has become unclear recently.

lots of support is provided

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?


lots of support is provided

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?


the salary only just allows independant living costs.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?


A few

its a good company to work work, lots of opertunities and better than uni.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?

intrest in the sector and a good project to present at the interview.
