I'm not CIMA certified, and almost NVQ. Have attended numerous internal courses, ranging for fund management to Excel VBA to Excel Intermediate, Time Management and more. Through M&G's connection with I2020 I've been involved in various courses and am also on the I2020 forum as the M&G representative. In terms of skills, the ones I've learned I could not value, both professionally and personally in terms on work management, etiquette, communication and industry skills
Very much so, the daily work coupled with the studying is well managed. My team are good to work with. The company has a good work and social balance which allows you the freedom to enjoy work despite it's troubles! Exceed my expectations. It was very enjoyable.
Very, the managers are always very appreciative of the good work you provide and good performance is never overlooked.
It's very well managed, from a timely induction, to training made available when it's needed, the support is dedicated by our training providers so it's very knowledgeable and available when needed.
Lots. The training provider is dedicated so they are able to meet all of your needs.
My manager has now left for maternity, however the year I worked under her was incredible. She was so helpful and we worked well in developing both of our skills together. My mentor coupled as my manager and we were friends on both a professional and personal level.
The package meets my cost well.
Yes, dedicated teams provide access to opportunities out of work. Dedicated charity teams provide to the local community and voluntary initiatives.
Yes
they are a company that looks after their employees, on both a monetary level and a lifestyle level.
Be yourself, the company is about maximising potential for where your greatest potential is. Who you expect them to want you to be is never the case. The company employees people for what value they CAN add to the company, not what they COULD add.
